Activating Your Vision

 

Meditation (20 minutes)

  • Back is straight
  • Body is relaxed
  • Focus on your center two inches below your belly button and an inch back towards your spine.
  • Engage the 4-sided breath
    • Breath In for a count of 4.
    • Pause and hold the breath.
    • Breath out for a count of 4.
    • Pause and hold the breath.

(few minutes)

  • Connect to that aspect of you that is more than the mind, more than the body. You may see this part of you as a bright gold sun, bright light.
  • Focus on an emotion that would support the vision you have for your life.
  • With each breath, feel yourself welcoming this energy into your heart.
  • On the pause, anchor it in your heart.
  • Exhale. Feel the energy expand throughout the body.
  • Pause. Feel the energy anchor in the body.

(few minutes)

  • Bring the light from your heart into your vision
  • See yourself doing those actions in this bright light
  • What does that look like now?

(few minutes)

  • Focus on your center two inches below your belly button and an inch back towards your spine.

(few minutes)

  • Inhale deeply.
  • Exhale.
  • Another breath.
  • Wiggle fingers and toes.
  • Gently as you are ready open your eyes.
