Motivating to Action

 

Meditation (20 minutes)

  • Back is straight
  • Body is relaxed
  • Focus on your center two inches bellow your belly button and an inch back towards your spine.

(few minutes)

  • Connect to an element that is more than the mind, more than the body. You may see this part of you as a bright gold sun, bright light.
  • With each breath, feel yourself welcoming this energy into your heart.

(few minutes)

  • Focus on a point in your life where you felt an expansive emotion
  • Drop the mind and just focus on the emotion

(few minutes)

  • Now imagine yourself taking action from that higher emotional state that you know you need to take in order to fulfill on your vision
  • What does that look like?

(few minutes)

  • Bring the light from your heart into your vision
  • See yourself doing those actions in this bright light
  • What does that look like now?

(few minutes)

  • Focus on your center two inches bellow your belly button and an inch back towards your spine.

(few minutes)

  • Inhale deeply. Exhale. Another breath. Wiggle fingers and toes. Gently as you are ready open your eyes.
